  Stood at the desk waiting then decided to leave and come back as it was quite busy then when I went back stood waiting at the desks for 10 minutes. Wasn’t until I brought my wallet out that I got served. Was not impressed

  If I could give them no stars I would. I spent over $200 at the Robina store yesterday only to be faced by rude and unwelcoming staff. I stood at a desk for over 40 minutes before someone decided to serve me. Another one of your staff was unkind and refused to listen to the comments we made regarding charms, trying to sell us things that we repeatedly said we did not want or like. At the counter, my younger brother who is 18 might I add, was giving you a review on one of the iPads. Another one of your staff rudely said "That is not a toy, can you not play with it as all the information goes straight to head office. Just because you are a child does not mean you have to act like one." I was appalled by my experience and highly recommend Pandora look into their staffing issues. My cousin, whose birthday it was yesterday left the store upset and angry, not what should be experienced on a birthday.

  Absolutely unkind. The bad experience ever. I'll never go Robina again and buy Pandora as well. One of the staffs is rude rude rude.
